Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.
Log in to your account and submit a return request, or contact us at soharikbeauty@gmail.com. We will confirm receipt of your request promptly.
14 days from delivery of the last item on your order. The return window is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method as your original order.
